RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind or don't feel completely satisfied with your goods then Bags and Arts Ltd offer a 30 day returns policy with a free returns service if you are in the UK.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, without marks or scents in the original boxes, with tags and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit; and the product must not have been altered in any way.

For hygiene reasons we are not willing to accept the return or exchange of any pierced earrings or hair accessories.

Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge. The only exceptions to this are items that were faulty or incorrect on delivery. In these cases, we will refund the original delivery charge. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to send the items through a courier with tracking service and always obtain a proof of postage.

We will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit. For both "Returns" and "Refunds" please refer to our Terms and Conditions on clauses 5 and 9 respectively.
